My team and I helped them introduce a suite of self- service tools, by conducting extensive primary customer research and created a proof of concept that was validated with customers through prototype testing.

I led the design team that created detailed design for the final solution, allowing Globe to launch this self-serve application just in time before the pandemic forced businesses to rely more on digital self-service.
