Following decades as one of the foundational technology companies serving telcos across the globe, Amdocs set their sites on pursuing the financial services industry. Their goal was to adapt their existing technologies to power a robust platform for retail and commercial banks.​

Working with senior leadership for the newly formed financial services division, I shaped the experience strategy and go to market vision for a hyper-personalized banking solution for regional and super-regional banks.

The product vision provided consumers and small-medium business owners unique solutions, recommendations, and proactive advice through AI-powered LLM and predictive models.
